THE PROCESS:
- Enter your personalisation, if requested, before adding to cart. (Don't worry if some products do not ask for your details at this point, more extensive customisation requires forms to be emailed to you after your order has been paid for and processed.)
- Add your order to the cart and proceed to checkout. Pay using one of the various methods offered. You can create an account at this point or check out as a guest.
- We receive your order - Thank you! After checking the items you've ordered we will email you the relevant, easy to use forms. We need you to fill these out so we can get the correct information from you. If items are ordered at the weekend we will send the forms on the following Monday.
- You will email back the completed forms to us. Please make sure all details, spelling and grammar is correct. Delays at this stage have a knock on effect to the delivery timescales.
- Lucy will use the information from the forms to create your stationery.
- She will email you back a proof to check and make sure everything is correct.
- You will either confirm you’re happy to print or let her know any amendments.
- Once proofing and been confirmed as correct we will go to print.
- We will finish your item(s) depending on the order.
- We will process shipment and let you know they are on their way!

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Printed on a vellum with pure diamond white cards, this invitation is stunning. This invitation has a heavy weight vellum cover which includes a personalised monogram with the first letter of your name and your partners name with a leaf sketch.
The invitation card script fonts and the leaves and berries design and has your information details to the reverse.
The RSVP card is designed in a postcard style with your address to the reverse and room for dietary requirements.
The invitations come complete with white envelopes.

The vellum cover is A5, 148mm x 210mm.
The invitation is A5, 148mm x 210mm.
The RSVP card is 130mm x 210mm.
The silver rivet is 7mm.
CARD TYPES
The cover is printed on to a 200gsm heavy weight vellum.
The invitation card and RSVP card are printed on to a diamond white 325gsm card.
ENVELOPES
All our wedding invitations are supplied with high quality, C5 diamond white, gummed greeting envelopes.
DELIVERY TIMES
Once you have approved the final proof, we will get our nimble fingers working and make your order by hand, pack it up carefully and and post it on its way. To make sure everything is perfect, the process can take around 2 weeks. You will receive a notification by email that your order is on its way!
INCLUDED WITH THIS PRODUCT
The invitation cover is printed on to a vellum 200gsm.
To the front there is foliage detail across the bottom with a monogram of the first letter of your name and the first letter of your partners name.
To the reverse we have your invitation details including both your names in a script font.
To the reverse of the invitation there is room for you to add information for your guests.
The RSVP card is a postcard style for your guests to post back to you. There is room for an RSVP date for response, room for the guests to write their names and their response there is also room for dietary requirements or another question which your would like to ask.
The invitation is finished with all 3 sheets attached together with a silver split pin to the top left hand corner.

PERSONALISATION AND PROOFING
On receipt of your order confirmation, we will send you a document to fill out with the final copy of your wedding information. It is a very comprehensive tried and tested document, with all the information you need to consider to go into the invitation. Some may be relevant to your wedding day, some not, but we are more than happy to help if you need it. We will then need you to email this back to us.
You will need to send the letters to us for the monogram, please put these in the order you wish them to appear.
Please note any delays at this stage will have a knock-on effect to the completion date.
We will then set up a proof for you with your details. If we feel that you have too much information to fit on the invite, we might request you condense it in some areas, there is a limited amount of space for each section.
After you receive your first proof, you may want to make changes. You will need to email those changes back to us, please be thorough at this point. Your final proof with any amendments will be sent to approve to print. Please note any changes after this point, which are not our error will be charged for.
