THE PROCESS:

• Enter your personalisation, if requested, before adding to cart. (Don't worry if some products do not ask for your details at this point, more extensive customisation requires forms to be emailed to you after your order has been paid for and processed.)
• Add your order to the cart and proceed to checkout. Pay using one of the various methods offered.  You can create an account at this point or check out as a guest.
• We receive your order - Thank you!  After checking the items you've ordered we will email you the relevant, easy to use forms. We need you to fill these out so we can get the correct information from you.  If items are ordered at the weekend we will send the forms on the following Monday.
• You will email back the completed forms to us.  Please make sure all details, spelling and grammar is correct.  Delays at this stage have a knock on effect to the delivery timescales.
• Lucy will use the information from the forms to create your stationery.  
• She will email you back a proof to check and make sure everything is correct.
• You will either confirm you’re happy to print or let her know any amendments.
• Once proofing and been confirmed as correct we will go to print.
• We will finish your item(s) depending on the order.
• We will process shipment and let you know they are on their way!

This wedding invitation is a matching item to the Whisper Natures Art collection but can be bought separately.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Our Natures Art wedding invitation from the Whisper collection is luxurious and modern with a botanical theme.  

The vellum pocket wrap neatly holds all the information a guest could need finished with a wax seal or tag. The Pocket is printed on a heavy weight vellum with a botanical design to the front and your personalised monogram to the reverse.

Black silk string with a Silver wax seal

Black silk string with a Pink wax seal

The invitation card, information card and RSVP card sit inside the vellum.

The invitation has your names in a beautiful script font with berries and leaves falling from the top.

The Information card is double sided with botanical features and is printed on a grey card.

The RSVP is designed as a postcard. To the front is space for your guests to write their names and tick boxes for their response, along with dietary requirements. The RSVP card is printed on a pale grey card.

Each one is lovingly hand finished with your choice of wax seal colour.

These invitations come with white envelopes.

MEASUREMENTS

The finished size of the folder is 150mm x 210mm.

The invitation is A5 210mm x 148mm. 

The information card is A6 148mm x 105mm.

The RSVP card is A6 148mm x 105mm.

The wax seal is approximately 35mm x 35mm. Please note that as these are handmade the sizes do vary and wax seals will all be slightly different in appearance.

CARD TYPES

The folder is printed on to vellum (translucent) 200gsm.

The invitation is printed on to diamond white 325gsm card.

The Information card is printed on to storm grey 300gsm.

The RSVP card is printed on to cloud grey 300gsm.

ENVELOPES

All our wedding invitations are supplied with high quality, C5 diamond white, gummed greeting envelopes. 

DELIVERY TIMES

Once you have approved the final proof, we will get our nimble fingers working and make your order by hand, pack it up carefully and post it on its way.  To make sure everything is perfect, the process can take around 2 weeks.  You will receive a notification by email that your order is on its way!

INCLUDED WITH THIS PRODUCT

These invitations come as a fully finished set.

To the back of the vellum wrap is a personalised monogram with the first letter of your name and the first letter of your partners name and a botanical design to the front.

The invitation sits neatly inside the vellum wrap and is printed to one side on a diamond white card with a botanical design.

The information card is printed to both sides and allows for plenty of room for details.

The RSVP card is a postcard, with your address to the reverse, which your guests can return back to you and has room for dietary requirements.

The folder comes tied with silk black string and a wax seal.

PERSONALISATION AND PROOFING

On receipt of your order confirmation, we will send you a document to fill out with the final copy of your wedding day information.  It is a very comprehensive tried and tested document, with all the information you need to consider to go into the invitation.  Some parts may be relevant, some not, but we are more than happy to help if you need it. You will then need you to email this back to us. 

Please note any delays at this stage will have a knock-on effect to the completion date.

We will then set up a proof for you with your details.  If we feel that you have too much information to fit onto the inner cards, we might request you condense it in some areas as there is a limited amount of space.

After you receive your first proof, you may want to make changes.  You will need to email those changes back to us, please be thorough at this point.  Your final proof with any amendments will be sent to approve to print.  Please note any changes after this point, which are not our error will be charged for. 

Only after the final proof has been signed off will the delivery times count.
