The Ordering Process

HOW THE MAGIC HAPPENS:

  1. Add your order to your cart.
  2. Pay using various methods offered.  You can create an account at this point.
  3. We receive your order - Thank you!  We will check the items you have ordered and email back easy to use forms. We need you to fill out these to get the correct information from you.  If items are ordered at the weekend we will send the forms on the following Monday.
  4. You will email us back those forms once filled out.
  5. Lucy will fill out your chosen stationery using the information sent.  
  6. She will email you back a proof to check and make sure everything is correct.
  7. You will either confirm you’re happy to print or let her know any amendments.
  8. Once proofing and been confirmed as correct we will go to print.
  9. We will finish your item(s) depending on the order.
  10. We will process shipment and let you know they are on their way!

 

THE ORDERING PROCESS IN MORE DETAIL:

1) Browse

Have a scroll through our stunning designs and samples.  We are confident there is something that you will love.

2) Samples

If you see something you like but would like to see it up close, then go to our sample page and find the collection you like.  You can buy a sample collection - so you can see how the wedding stationery flows from Save the Date through to the Place Names.  Alternatively choose 1,2 or 3 sample invitation / reception stationery from different collections. 

3) Customise

Some of our wedding stationery, like the save the date cards, have the option to customise there and then.  Enter the details as instructed (remember to save customisation), add your quantity and add to cart.  It is important to get the spelling and grammar correct at this point as we use this information provided to make your proofs. 

If the product is more detailed, we will email some easy to fill out forms.  (See point 6)

4) Proceed to Checkout

Once you are happy with what has been added to your cart, proceed to checkout.  You will see your items in the cart, with quantity required, shipping costs and a total.

5) Payment

Our payment page will require you to either create an account or order as a guest. We have various methods of payment to choose from.  Please contact us if you have any problems at this stage.

Once you have placed and paid for your order you will receive an order confirmation to the email address you entered.

6) Personalisation

If your order requires a lot of details (most of our products fall under this category) you will receive another email from Kate within the next working day.  The email will contain easy to use forms to digitally fill out.  Each product has a designated form so that we can get the exact information we need from you.

*Note if ordering on a weekend you will receive the forms on the following Monday. Please fill these forms in and email them back to us.  Once you have completed your forms, you will return email them so we can get creating.

7) Proofing

You will receive a personalised proof of your beautiful stationery, from Lucy, once they have been set up using your information. 

Have a very good check through all your details and make sure you are happy, better still get a friend to check over it too, it is easy to miss something if you have been looking too long.  An additional proof is included in the cost if there are changes to be made.

8) Printing & Finishing

All your wedding stationery is printed and lovingly made in our studio, which means we have complete control over quality and shipping.  You will not receive anything which does not reach our high standards!

9) Delivery

Depending on what product(s) you have ordered we will send your parcel out by Royal Mail Signed for 2nd Class.  This can be anything up to 3 weeks from signing off your proof to print.

 

BESPOKE WEDDING STATIONERY

A truly unique and personal experience.

1) Browse

Have a scroll through our stunning designs and templates.  If you see something you like but need to give it twist to suit you then just send us an email and we will let you know what we can do.

We also love brand new ideas but it usually needs a phone call to discuss, so leave your contact number for us to get in touch so we can help make them reality.

Once we get a better idea of what you are thinking and guest numbers we can work out a unique cost which will be emailed to you.

Please don’t hesitate to talk to us if the quote seems too out of your budget, we can always tweak the idea to get you where you need to be.

2) Proofing

Digital proofs will be sent initially to make sure the design is right. Once the finishing touches have been made, we will send you out a sample of how the finished stationery will look. This gives you the chance to look at the quality, card choices, small details and anything else you'd like to add or change.  This also gives you the chance to give the wording a final proof.

3) Printing and finishing

All your wedding stationery is printed and lovingly made in-house which means we have complete control over quality.  You will not receive anything which does not reach our high standards!

4) Delivery

Once you are happy with everything, and payment has been made, your order will be processed. All stationery will be sent out to you Royal Mail Signed for 2nd class.
