Q: Can I see a sample

A: Yes, we can send out samples of any part of our collections, just click on the sample button, choose the product and we will post x 1 off out to you Royal Mail 2nd class.

   

Q: Is there a minimum order?

A: Yes, there is a minimum online order of 20 for day and evening invitations, save the date cards, thank you cards

The Destination collection are 10 invitations minimum.

Pretty Speedy Invitations have a minimum of 10.

Table menus also have a minimum of 4.

Table names or numbers are 4.

   

Q: Do you provide a bespoke design service?

A: Yes, please contact us and we will be happy to discuss your requirements. This includes any design which does not involve just changing your wording on the invitations we have already set up.

   

Q: Do you provide envelopes?

A: Yes, all invitations, save the date cards and thank you cards are provided with white envelopes as standard, to match the correct size of the invitation or save the date card.  We also have a section for you to order other colours of envelopes.

   

Q: How is my stationery delivered?

A: We deliver all our stationery via the post office on a second class delivery service, which does provide us with a receipt proof of postage containing a postcode.

  

Q: How many invitations do I need to order?

A: We advise that you order 10% more than required to cover for errors and omissions. Please remember to count in couples as a single invite.

  

Q: When should I order my invitations?

A: It is advisable to order these at least 6 months in advance of the wedding.

  

Q: What information should I include in my wedding invitations?

A: We will email you a helpful form to fill in but the basic information for wedding invitations that we will need to know are: Names of the bride’s parents/other hosts first name and surname of the bridegroom, date of the wedding ceremony (including the year), wedding ceremony details (where it is taking place), time of the wedding ceremony, location and time of the wedding reception, RSVP date by when your guests should respond.

Other information that you may wish to include into your design are:
Directions to the venue - a map and full address/contact details of the venue, accommodation details, wedding gift list, dietary requirements and transportation instructions.

Q: When should I order my save the date cards?

A: It is advisable to order these at least 9-12 months in advance of the wedding. This can vary however depending on the type of wedding, we advise couples getting married abroad to give friends and family time to book flights etc.

  

Q: How long will my order take for wedding invitations?

A: All our items should be with you within 2 weeks of the proof being signed off. The pretty speedy invitations are far quicker and designed for couples who are on a tight timescale. Sometimes we become exceptionally busy and in this case we will note this on the website as orders can then be delayed.

  

Q: Will I receive a proof?

A: We will always send you a PDF proof, to your email address, for you to check that the information is where it should be.
