Wedding stationery is dispatched within two - three weeks (dependent on item(s) ordered), from signing off your digital proof.

FAULTY ITEMS
We endeavour to get our parcels to you as they leave us. In the unlikely event that your order arrives faulty or damaged, then please contact Kate on 07535 360322 as soon as possible so we can do our upmost to resolve the matter quickly and easily. Faulty or damaged items must be reported within 30 days of receipt.

All personalised orders are printed/made to order, so unfortunately, they cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
