THE PROCESS:
- Enter your personalisation, if requested, before adding to cart. (Don't worry if some products do not ask for your details at this point, more extensive customisation requires forms to be emailed to you after your order has been paid for and processed.)
- Add your order to the cart and proceed to checkout. Pay using one of the various methods offered. You can create an account at this point or check out as a guest.
- We receive your order - Thank you! After checking the items you've ordered we will email you the relevant, easy to use forms. We need you to fill these out so we can get the correct information from you. If items are ordered at the weekend we will send the forms on the following Monday.
- You will email back the completed forms to us. Please make sure all details, spelling and grammar is correct. Delays at this stage have a knock on effect to the delivery timescales.
- Lucy will use the information from the forms to create your stationery.
- She will email you back a proof to check and make sure everything is correct.
- You will either confirm you’re happy to print or let her know any amendments.
- Once proofing and been confirmed as correct we will go to print.
- We will finish your item(s) depending on the order.
- We will process shipment and let you know they are on their way!

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
A delicate floral design Simplicity White Roses collection evening invitation has 3 detail sheets with a single sided invitation. The invitation is followed by a double sided details sheet, with information to one side and gifts to the reverse but feel free to add the information you need. An RSVP which is in a postcard design for your guests to fill out and send back. They are finished with a silver pin to the top left hand corner.
The invitation comes complete with white envelopes.

CARD TYPES
All sheets of the invitation are printed on to a Conqueror textured white 300gsm card.
ENVELOPES
All our wedding invitations are supplied with high quality, 146mm x 146mm diamond white, gummed greeting envelopes.
DELIVERY TIMES
Once you have approved the final proof, we will get our nimble fingers working and make your order by hand, pack it up carefully and and post it on its way. To make sure everything is perfect, the process can take around 2 weeks. You will receive a notification by email that your order is on its way!

The invitation/information card and RSVP card are all printed on to a textured white card.
The floral design flows across the 3 cards, with the flowers draped from the top.
The invitation is single sided and has delicate script font for your names with a heart joining them in the middle.
The gifts card has "if you insist" across the edge and to the reverse the information section reads "what you need to know".
The RSVP card has "what we need to know" across the edge and designed in a postcard style.
The invitation is finished with a silver split pin to hold the sheets together.

PERSONALISATION AND PROOFING
On receipt of your order confirmation, we will send you a document to fill out with the final copy of your wedding day information. It is a very comprehensive tried and tested document, with all the information you need to consider to go into the invitation. Some may be relevant to your wedding day, some not (you might not need a menu or gift list), but we are more than happy to help if you need it. We will then need you to email this back to us.
Please note any delays at this stage will have a knock-on effect to the completion date.
We will then set up a proof for you with your details. If we feel that you have too much information to fit on the invite, we might request you condense it in some areas, there is a limited amount of space for each section.
After you receive your first proof, you may want to make changes. You will need to email those changes back to us, please be thorough at this point. Your final proof with any amendments will be sent to approve to print. Please note any changes after this point, which are not our error will be charged for.

Evening Invitations
We used Hearts & Twine for all our wedding stationery and were blown away by the design, the enthusiasm of the girls and quality of all that was sent to us. Lucy and Kate are just lovely, full of fun and worked with us brilliantly.
We asked if we could slightly alter their initial wonderful design and sent through our ideas and the talented Lucy did exactly as we asked offering up other brilliant solutions too, which were also incorporated into our designs to make them really bespoke.
The journey with them (over a year and a half - first wedding date cancelled due to COVID) was so lovely as they are constantly upbeat and treat you as if you were their only customer.
When the stationery is sent through it’s wrapped beautifully in tissue paper with personally written wishes which is a lovely additional touch.
All our guests commented on how beautiful the invitations were and that the design was followed through all the other stationery, from the table plan, to name places to menus and finally thank you cards.
I would definitely recommend using Hearts & Twine for wedding stationery as it will be a very pleasurable part of planning your big day.
