THE PROCESS:
- Enter your personalisation, if requested, before adding to cart. (Don't worry if some products do not ask for your details at this point, more extensive customisation requires forms to be emailed to you after your order has been paid for and processed.)
- Add your order to the cart and proceed to checkout. Pay using one of the various methods offered. You can create an account at this point or check out as a guest.
- We receive your order - Thank you! After checking the items you've ordered we will email you the relevant, easy to use forms. We need you to fill these out so we can get the correct information from you. If items are ordered at the weekend we will send the forms on the following Monday.
- You will email back the completed forms to us. Please make sure all details, spelling and grammar is correct. Delays at this stage have a knock on effect to the delivery timescales.
- Lucy will use the information from the forms to create your stationery.
- She will email you back a proof to check and make sure everything is correct.
- You will either confirm you’re happy to print or let her know any amendments.
- Once proofing and been confirmed as correct we will go to print.
- We will finish your item(s) depending on the order.
- We will process shipment and let you know they are on their way!

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
This A5 double sided invitation is simple yet sophisticated with a wreath of leaves to the top which will contain your partners first letter from their name and your first letter from your name ie: Sarah and Victoria would be S & V. There is room for you to write your guests' names and plenty of room for information to the reverse of the card. Printed on a beautiful smooth buttermilk card.

All our wedding invitations are supplied with high quality, C5 diamond white, gummed greeting envelopes.
DELIVERY TIMES
Once you have approved the final proof, we will get our nimble fingers working and make your order by hand, pack it up carefully and and post it on its way. To make sure everything is perfect, the process can take around 2 working days. You will receive a notification by email that your order is going to be sent to you.
INCLUDED WITH THIS PRODUCT
A double sided A5 card, printed on heavy weight card of a very high quality. White premium gummed envelopes are also included.

CUSTOMISATION AND PROOFING
Flat invitations are designed to be the most cost effective, quickest and easiest way to get your details to your guests, without losing out on fantastic design and quality.
This does however mean that you will not be able to have additional cards like an RSVP - you can find that style of invitation in the matching items below.
On completion of your order you will be required to fill in a really easy PDF with your details for the front and back. The wording is already set so you just need to change times, dates, venues and important info etc.
You will then be required to email this back to Hearts & Twine. Confirmation of receipt will be given that this has been received.
This information will be digitally transferred into your chosen invitation template so please make sure all grammar, spelling and especially the use of capitals is correct. Delays in this part of the process will have a roll on effect to your delivery date.
We will then send a PDF proof back to you, which will need to be signed off to print. Further proofs required due to changes not from our error will be charged for.
As soon as we have the confirmation to print, your order will be placed in the queue. Please note delivery times will count from this date.
