THE PROCESS:

• Enter your personalisation, if requested, before adding to cart. (Don't worry if some products do not ask for your details at this point, more extensive customisation requires forms to be emailed to you after your order has been paid for and processed.)
• Add your order to the cart and proceed to checkout. Pay using one of the various methods offered.  You can create an account at this point or check out as a guest.
• We receive your order - Thank you!  After checking the items you've ordered we will email you the relevant, easy to use forms. We need you to fill these out so we can get the correct information from you.  If items are ordered at the weekend we will send the forms on the following Monday.
• You will email back the completed forms to us.  Please make sure all details, spelling and grammar is correct.  Delays at this stage have a knock on effect to the delivery timescales.
• Lucy will use the information from the forms to create your stationery.  
• She will email you back a proof to check and make sure everything is correct.
• You will either confirm you’re happy to print or let her know any amendments.
• Once proofing and been confirmed as correct we will go to print.
• We will finish your item(s) depending on the order.
• We will process shipment and let you know they are on their way!

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Printed on a beautiful diamond white card and backed on heavy weight grey card. The invitation is mounted to the front with floral detail to the top and space for you to handwrite your guests' names and add an rsvp email address. The information card is mounted to the reverse and contains room for details of your reception with a cascade of olive leaves to the right hand side of the card. With a mix of 3 cards, the weight gives this invitation a real feeling of quality.

If you would like to include a small logo of your venue please let us know, we will need this in a file emailed over, there is space for the logo where the griffin is or this space can be left blank.

This invitation is a square shape with white heavy weight card, stylised typefaces and calligraphy. 

The invitation comes complete with white envelopes. 

MEASUREMENTS

The invitation is 150mm x 150mm when backed with the grey card. The invitation and information card are 140cm x 140cm when not mounted.

CARD TYPES

The invitation and information card are printed on to a diamond white 325gsm card with a 300gsm grey mount sheet. 

ENVELOPES

All our wedding invitations are supplied with high quality, 155mm x 155mm diamond white, gummed greeting envelopes. 

DELIVERY TIMES

Once you have approved the final proof, we will get our nimble fingers working and make your order by hand, pack it up carefully and and post it on its way.  To make sure everything is perfect, the process can take around 2 weeks.  You will receive a notification by email that your order is on its way!

INCLUDED WITH THIS PRODUCT

The invitation and information card are printed onto a diamond white 325gsm card and backed on to either side of a grey 300gsm card.

To the front there is olive leaf detail with your wedding information and your names in a script font.

To the reverse we have your details - venue, parking, gifts and children. But you can choose the details you would like to include, there is olive leaf detail down the right hand side.

This invitation comes with white envelopes.

PERSONALISATION AND PROOFING

On receipt of your order confirmation, we will send you a document to fill out with the final copy of your wedding information.  It is a very comprehensive tried and tested document, with all the information you need to consider to go into the invitation.  Some may be relevant to your wedding day, some not, but we are more than happy to help if you need it. We will then need you to email this back to us.

Please note any delays at this stage will have a knock-on effect to the completion date.

We will then set up a proof for you with your details.  If we feel that you have too much information to fit on the invite, we might request you condense it in some areas, there is a limited amount of space for each section. 

After you receive your first proof, you may want to make changes.  You will need to email those changes back to us, please be thorough at this point.  Your final proof with any amendments will be sent to approve to print.  Please note any changes after this point, which are not our error will be charged for.
