PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Give your wedding tables a touch of class with our white roses folded place name cards. The watercolour floral wreaths are printed in colour and the guests' names printed in black on to a fabulous white, conqueror textured card. The beautiful script matches the rest of the set. Printed and handcrafted in our studio, this elegant place card is designed in a folded style to fit perfectly on your tables. Your guests will be able to find their seat promptly!
MEASUREMENTS
The place cards are 85mm x 55mm when scored and folded.
CARD TYPES
The place cards are printed on to a Conqueror white, textured 300gsm card.
* Please note the colour in the photographs can vary due to lighting and screen variations, please ask for a sample if you are unsure about the card or print colour.
DELIVERY TIMES
Once you have approved the final proof, we will get our nimble fingers working and make your order by hand, pack it up carefully and and post it on its way. To make sure everything is perfect, the process can take around 2 weeks. You will receive a notification by email that your order is on its way!
INCLUDED WITH THIS PRODUCT
Our place name cards are printed on to 300gsm white textured card and 85mm x 55mm when scored and folded.
Each card is bespoke with your guests' names.
Please enter the correct number of guests' names required followed with your personalisation details in the customisation box.
*sample orders are un-customised.
PERSONALISATION
You will be required, after purchase, to email us with a list of your guests' names. If you need blanks for spares, then please just write 'blank' (see e.g. below).
Please pay particular attention to spelling, punctuation and capitals.
You can send it in Word, Excel or in the body of the email. But we kindly request you make sure you return after each name and have capitals where required.

Please note any delay in returning this list to us will have a knock-on effect to your delivery date.
Once received we will promptly set up a digital proof of each card, which will be sent to approve prior to printing.
Any additional proofs due to changes not in our error will incur an amendment fee.
Once the proof has been approved to print your order will be put into the print queue and we will instruct you with an estimated delivery date.

Name cards
I can’t recommend Hearts and Twine enough! I used them for all our stationary for our big day. Table cards
We used Hearts & Twine for all our wedding stationery and were blown away by the design, the enthusiasm of the girls and quality of all that was sent to us. Lucy and Kate are just lovely, full of fun and worked with us brilliantly.
We asked if we could slightly alter their initial wonderful design and sent through our ideas and the talented Lucy did exactly as we asked offering up other brilliant solutions too, which were also incorporated into our designs to make them really bespoke.
The journey with them (over a year and a half - first wedding date cancelled due to COVID) was so lovely as they are constantly upbeat and treat you as if you were their only customer.
When the stationery is sent through it’s wrapped beautifully in tissue paper with personally written wishes which is a lovely additional touch.
All our guests commented on how beautiful the invitations were and that the design was followed through all the other stationery, from the table plan, to name places to menus and finally thank you cards.
I would definitely recommend using Hearts & Twine for wedding stationery as it will be a very pleasurable part of planning your big day.
