Product customisation
Don't forget to save your customization to be able to add to cartTHE PROCESS:
- Enter your personalisation, if requested, before adding to cart. (Don't worry if some products do not ask for your details at this point, more extensive customisation requires forms to be emailed to you after your order has been paid for and processed.)
- Add your order to the cart and proceed to checkout. Pay using one of the various methods offered. You can create an account at this point or check out as a guest.
- We receive your order - Thank you! After checking the items you've ordered we will email you the relevant, easy to use forms. We need you to fill these out so we can get the correct information from you. If items are ordered at the weekend we will send the forms on the following Monday.
- You will email back the completed forms to us. Please make sure all details, spelling and grammar is correct. Delays at this stage have a knock on effect to the delivery timescales.
- Lucy will use the information from the forms to create your stationery.
- She will email you back a proof to check and make sure everything is correct.
- You will either confirm you’re happy to print or let her know any amendments.
- Once proofing and been confirmed as correct we will go to print.
- We will finish your item(s) depending on the order.
- We will process shipment and let you know they are on their way!

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Printed on a heavy weight white card this invitation has an leaf and berry wreath to the front with the first letter of your name and the first letter of your partners name and your wedding date. The reverse has a leaf sketch in grey and space for you to write your guests names in. There is room for your wedding information and also for you to put an email address for your guests to respond to.
MEASUREMENTS
The invitation is 150mm x 150mm square.

The invitation is printed on to diamond white 325gsm card.
ENVELOPES
All our wedding invitations are supplied with high quality, 155mm x155mm diamond white, gummed greeting envelopes.
DELIVERY TIMES
Once you have approved the final proof, we will get our nimble fingers working and make your order by hand, pack it up carefully and and post it on its way. To make sure everything is perfect, the process can take around 2 weeks. You will receive a notification by email that your order is on its way!
INCLUDED WITH THIS PRODUCT
The invitation is printed on to diamond white 325gsm card.
To the front there is sketched leaf detail in a wreath with the first letter of your name and the first letter of your partners name and also the date of your wedding.
To the reverse we have your names in a script font with a sketched leaves flowing across the top. There is space for your wedding details and an rsvp email.
This invitation comes with white envelopes.
PERSONALISATION AND PROOFING
Before adding the quantity you would like to order to the basket, we require you to add your customisation.
We will need the following information:
The 2 letters you would like for your monogram, in the order you would like them to appear.
Your Names
Wedding Day and Date
Time of Wedding
Venue for wedding
RSVP Date
Email address or telephone number for RSVP
Please let us know if you would like variations in wording. as these can be catered for by sending us an email to sales@heartsandtwine.co.uk
We will then set up a proof with your details.
After you receive your first proof, you may want to make changes. You will need to email those changes back to us, please be thorough at this point. Your final proof with any amendments will be sent to approve to print. Please note any changes after this point, which are not our error will be charged for.
Only after the final proof has been signed off will the delivery times count.
