THE PROCESS:

• Enter your personalisation, if requested, before adding to cart. (Don't worry if some products do not ask for your details at this point, more extensive customisation requires forms to be emailed to you after your order has been paid for and processed.)
• Add your order to the cart and proceed to checkout. Pay using one of the various methods offered.  You can create an account at this point or check out as a guest.
• We receive your order - Thank you!  After checking the items you've ordered we will email you the relevant, easy to use forms. We need you to fill these out so we can get the correct information from you.  If items are ordered at the weekend we will send the forms on the following Monday.
• You will email back the completed forms to us.  Please make sure all details, spelling and grammar is correct.  Delays at this stage have a knock on effect to the delivery timescales.
• Lucy will use the information from the forms to create your stationery.  
• She will email you back a proof to check and make sure everything is correct.
• You will either confirm you’re happy to print or let her know any amendments.
• Once proofing and been confirmed as correct we will go to print.
• We will finish your item(s) depending on the order.
• We will process shipment and let you know they are on their way!

This invitation is a matching item to the Signature Collection, Roses wedding stationery but can be bought separately.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The invitation is printed on a Conqueror white card with a sage green card and white roses floral design. Your guests' names are printed to the front along with your main wedding information. The invitation is mounted on to a sage green coloured card. The RSVP card is designed in a postcard style with a floral design in the right hand corner. The Information card has gifts to one side, again with the floral design, and your guests extra information to the reverse. The invitation is finished with a sage green satin ribbon to hold the sheets together.

MEASUREMENTS

The invitation is 145mm x 145mm when backed with the rosebud card, the RSVP card is 130mm x 145mm and the information card is 115mm x 145mm. The ribbon is 1cm wide.

CARD TYPES

The invitation, RSVP card and Information card are printed on to Conqueror white 300gsm card.

The backing card is sage green 300gsm.

ENVELOPES

All our wedding invitations are supplied with high quality, 155mm x155mm diamond white, gummed greeting envelopes. 

DELIVERY TIMES

Once you have approved the final proof, we will get our nimble fingers working and make your order by hand, pack it up carefully and and post it on its way.  To make sure everything is perfect, the process can take around 2 weeks.  You will receive a notification by email that your order is on its way!

INCLUDED WITH THIS PRODUCT

The invitation, RSVP and information card are printed on to Conqueror white 300gsm card. The backing card is sage green 300gsm.

To the front there is a white roses floral bouquet and your names with 'and' in a script font.

We personalise each invitation with your guests' names, when these are sent to us they need to read exactly as you would like them on your invitations. The invitation is mounted on to a sage green coloured card.

The RSVP is in a postcard style with your address, a box for the stamp and your monogram to the front. To the reverse is the date to return the RSVP, a space for your guests to write their names, accept and decline circles to tick, dietary requirements and coach travel if needed.

The information card has room for Reception, accommodation, transport or taxis, please feel free to change the titles and information added. To the reverse of the information card is gifts and a floral design.

The invitation is attached together with a sage green ribbon to the top.

This invitation comes with white envelopes.

PERSONALISATION AND PROOFING

On receipt of your order confirmation, we will send you a document to fill out with the final copy of your wedding day information.  It is a very comprehensive tried and tested document, with all the information you need to consider to go into the invitation.  Some may be relevant to your wedding day, some not (you might not need a menu or gift list), but we are more than happy to help if you need it. We will then need you to email this back to us. 

You will need to send the letters to us for the monogram, please put these in the order you wish to see them.

You will be required, after purchase, to email us with a list of your guests' names. If you need blanks for spares, then please just write 'blank' (see e.g. below). 

Please pay particular attention to spelling, punctuation and capitals.

Please note any delays at this stage will have a knock-on effect to the completion date.

We will then set up a proof for you with your details.  If we feel that you have too much information to fit on the invite, we might request you condense it in some areas, there is a limited amount of space for each section. 

After you receive your first proof, you may want to make changes.  You will need to email those changes back to us, please be thorough at this point.  Your final proof with any amendments will be sent to approve to print.  Please note any changes after this point, which are not our error will be charged for.
