Seasons - Love & Grace

THE PROCESS:

• Enter your personalisation, if requested, before adding to cart. (Don't worry if some products do not ask for your details at this point, more extensive customisation requires forms to be emailed to you after your order has been paid for and processed.)
• Add your order to the cart and proceed to checkout. Pay using one of the various methods offered.  You can create an account at this point or check out as a guest.
• We receive your order - Thank you!  After checking the items you've ordered we will email you the relevant, easy to use forms. We need you to fill these out so we can get the correct information from you.  If items are ordered at the weekend we will send the forms on the following Monday.
• You will email back the completed forms to us.  Please make sure all details, spelling and grammar is correct.  Delays at this stage have a knock on effect to the delivery timescales.
• Lucy will use the information from the forms to create your stationery.  
• She will email you back a proof to check and make sure everything is correct.
• You will either confirm you’re happy to print or let her know any amendments.
• Once proofing and been confirmed as correct we will go to print.
• We will finish your item(s) depending on the order.
• We will process shipment and let you know they are on their way!

This wedding invitation is a matching item to the Seasons love & Grace and Hazel & Willow collection, but can be bought separately.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The Seasons Spring Love and Grace invitation in black and soft greys and would fit with a style of wedding.

The set comes complete with an invitation, information and RSVP card all carefully tied with a stunning grey and white baker twine into a neat bundle.

All 3 cards are printed to both sides to give you plenty of room for information and a re printed on a quality white card. The RSVP is designed as a postcard for your guests to respond to.

The front of the invitation has the first letter of yours and your partners initials and wedding date inside a botanical wreath with berries, stars and hearts. 

Supplied with white envelopes.

MEASUREMENTS

The invitation is 145mm x 145mm

The RSVP card is 135mm x 135mm.

The information card is 125mm x 125mm.

CARD TYPES

The invitation, RSVP and information card are printed on to a diamond white 325gsm.

The baker twine is grey and white 3mm.

ENVELOPES

All our wedding invitations are supplied with high quality, 155mm x 155mm diamond white, gummed greeting envelopes. 

DELIVERY TIMES

Once you have approved the final proof, we will get our nimble fingers working and make your order by hand, pack it up carefully and and post it on its way.  To make sure everything is perfect, the process can take around 2 weeks.  You will receive a notification by email that your order is on its way!

INCLUDED WITH THIS PRODUCT:

This invitation comes with a ring of leaves, berries and twigs in black and soft greys with your initials and wedding date inside. To the reverse there is a floral wreath, your wedding details and names.

The RSVP card comes in a postcard style with your address to one side and a pale grey background and white leaves. There is room for dietary requirements and a song to dance to the reverse or any other question which you may need to ask.

The information card has a floral heart and is printed both sides for you to add information for your guests.

The invitation comes bowed with a stunning 3mm grey and white twine.

These invitations come supplied with white 155mm x 155mm envelopes.

PERSONALISATION AND PROOFING

On receipt of your order confirmation, we will send you a document to fill out with the final copy of your wedding day information.  It is a very comprehensive tried and tested document, with all the information you need to consider to go into the invitation.  Some may be relevant, some not, but we are more than happy to help if you need it. We will then need you to email this back to us. 

Please note any delays at this stage will have a knock-on effect to the completion date.

We will then set up a proof for you with your details.  If we feel that you have too much information to fit onto the inner cards, we might request you condense it in some areas as there is a limited amount of space.

After you receive your first proof, you may want to make changes.  You will need to email those changes back to us, please be thorough at this point.  Your final proof with any amendments will be sent to approve to print.  Please note any changes after this point, which are not our error will be charged for. 

Only after the final proof has been signed off will the delivery times count.
