THE PROCESS:

• Enter your personalisation, if requested, before adding to cart. (Don't worry if some products do not ask for your details at this point, more extensive customisation requires forms to be emailed to you after your order has been paid for and processed.)
• Add your order to the cart and proceed to checkout. Pay using one of the various methods offered.  You can create an account at this point or check out as a guest.
• We receive your order - Thank you!  After checking the items you've ordered we will email you the relevant, easy to use forms. We need you to fill these out so we can get the correct information from you.  If items are ordered at the weekend we will send the forms on the following Monday.
• You will email back the completed forms to us.  Please make sure all details, spelling and grammar is correct.  Delays at this stage have a knock on effect to the delivery timescales.
• Lucy will use the information from the forms to create your stationery.  
• She will email you back a proof to check and make sure everything is correct.
• You will either confirm you’re happy to print or let her know any amendments.
• Once proofing and been confirmed as correct we will go to print.
• We will finish your item(s) depending on the order.
• We will process shipment and let you know they are on their way!

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Please note that our photograph shows the design with space to write your guests' names, we recommend that you choose to have the invitations tied by us and have a generic message to all guests.

From our Concertina collection the blush sparkle mono wreath invitation is a luxury tri-fold design printed on to a blush sparkle card.  

As the name describes, this invitation is a concertina style, folding out from A6 to 3 folded sections.  Each section is dedicated to a purpose.  The front is the introduction, with your wedding details following, all personalised to you. These invitations come tied with black braided silk so the option to write your guests names is not recommended.  On the reverse of these sections is the information for the day which your guests will need to know, this too is all personalised for you. The bottom section is the RSVP which is perforated so that the receiver can easily fill in, detach and post back to you like a postcard, keeping all the important information safe for the wedding day.

The design is in a crisp back print with a modern font used throughout the set and printed on a stunning blush sparkle card.

The invitations will be supplied folded and tied with black braided silk which we have chosen to match perfectly.

MEASUREMENTS

When flat these invitations are 315mm x 148mm, when folded 148mm x 105mm (A6).

Printed on to a sparkle blush 300gsm card.

ENVELOPES

All our wedding invitations are supplied with high quality, C6 diamond white, gummed greeting envelopes. 

DELIVERY TIMES

Once you have approved the final proof, we will get our nimble fingers working and make your order by hand, pack it up carefully and post it on its way.  To make sure everything is perfect, the process can take around 2 weeks.  You will receive a notification by email that your order is on its way!

Each invite is scored and perforated so that the RSVP can be easily torn off to post.

Each invitation is supplied tied with a black braided silk.

PERSONALISATION AND PROOFING

On receipt of your order confirmation, we will send you a document to fill out with the final copy of your wedding day information.  It is a very comprehensive tried and tested document, with all the information you need to consider to go into the invitation.  Some may be relevant, some not, but we are more than happy to help if you need it. We will then need you to email this back to us. 

Please note any delays at this stage will have a knock-on effect to the completion date.

We will then set up a proof for you with your details.  If we feel that you have too much information to fit on the invite, we might request you condense it in some areas, there is a limited amount of space for each section. 

After you receive your first proof, you may want to make changes.  You will need to email those changes back to us, please be thorough at this point.  Your final proof with any amendments will be sent to approve to print.  Please note any changes after this point, which are not our error will be changed for. 

Only after the final proof has been signed off will the delivery times count.
