THE PROCESS:

• Enter your personalisation, if requested, before adding to cart. (Don't worry if some products do not ask for your details at this point, more extensive customisation requires forms to be emailed to you after your order has been paid for and processed.)
• Add your order to the cart and proceed to checkout. Pay using one of the various methods offered.  You can create an account at this point or check out as a guest.
• We receive your order - Thank you!  After checking the items you've ordered we will email you the relevant, easy to use forms. We need you to fill these out so we can get the correct information from you.  If items are ordered at the weekend we will send the forms on the following Monday.
• You will email back the completed forms to us.  Please make sure all details, spelling and grammar is correct.  Delays at this stage have a knock on effect to the delivery timescales.
• Lucy will use the information from the forms to create your stationery.  
• She will email you back a proof to check and make sure everything is correct.
• You will either confirm you’re happy to print or let her know any amendments.
• Once proofing and been confirmed as correct we will go to print.
• We will finish your item(s) depending on the order.
• We will process shipment and let you know they are on their way!

Inspired by soft butter yellow ranunculus blooms and romantic garden weddings, our Archway Butter Yellow Arched Wedding Invitation combines elegant floral artwork with a contemporary arched silhouette to create a truly unforgettable first impression.

The curved pocket beautifully frames the matching arched invitation, adding depth and sophistication while keeping your invitation perfectly presented. The warm butter yellow florals, paired with soft ivory blossoms and eucalyptus foliage, create a timeless palette that's perfect for spring, summer and countryside weddings.

Each invitation is professionally printed on premium smooth cotton white 300gsm card and personalised with your wedding details, creating a luxurious finish that reflects the significance of your day. The RSVP postcard sits neatly behind the invitation, keeping your stationery beautifully organised.

The design features a refined contemporary typeface throughout the suite, printed on beautifully soft cotton white cardstock for an elegant and timeless finish.

ENVELOPES

All our wedding invitations are supplied with high quality, C6 diamond white, gummed greeting envelopes. 

DELIVERY TIMES

Once you have approved the final proof, we will get our nimble fingers working and make your order by hand, pack it up carefully and post it on its way.  To make sure everything is perfect, the process can take around 2 weeks.  You will receive a notification by email that your order is on its way!

INCLUDED WITH THIS PRODUCT

The curved pocket features a delicate butter yellow floral design with your wedding date elegantly displayed on the front. Personalised with the initials of you and your partner, the pocket is beautifully framed by soft butter yellow ranunculus blooms, ivory blossoms and eucalyptus foliage for a luxurious finishing touch.

The arched invitation is printed on one side with your names, wedding date, ceremony venue and reception details, creating a beautifully presented centrepiece for your primrose invitation suite.

The RSVP card is designed as a postcard for your guests to return by post, with space to accept or decline, include dietary requirements and provide any additional information you'd like them to share.

PERSONALISATION AND PROOFING

On receipt of your order confirmation, we will send you a document to fill out with the final copy of your wedding day information.  It is a very comprehensive tried and tested document, with all the information you need to consider to go into the invitation.  Some may be relevant, some not, but we are more than happy to help if you need it. We will then need you to email this back to us. 

Please note any delays at this stage will have a knock-on effect to the completion date.

We will then set up a proof for you with your details.  If we feel that you have too much information to fit on the invite, we might request you condense it in some areas, there is a limited amount of space for each section. 

After you receive your first proof, you may want to make changes.  You will need to email those changes back to us, please be thorough at this point.  Your final proof with any amendments will be sent to approve to print.  Please note any changes after this point, which are not our error will be changed for. 

Only after the final proof has been signed off will the delivery times count.
