THE PROCESS:

• Enter your personalisation, if requested, before adding to cart. (Don't worry if some products do not ask for your details at this point, more extensive customisation requires forms to be emailed to you after your order has been paid for and processed.)
• Add your order to the cart and proceed to checkout. Pay using one of the various methods offered.  You can create an account at this point or check out as a guest.
• We receive your order - Thank you!  After checking the items you've ordered we will email you the relevant, easy to use forms. We need you to fill these out so we can get the correct information from you.  If items are ordered at the weekend we will send the forms on the following Monday.
• You will email back the completed forms to us.  Please make sure all details, spelling and grammar is correct.  Delays at this stage have a knock on effect to the delivery timescales.
• Lucy will use the information from the forms to create your stationery.  
• She will email you back a proof to check and make sure everything is correct.
• You will either confirm you’re happy to print or let her know any amendments.
• Once proofing and been confirmed as correct we will go to print.
• We will finish your item(s) depending on the order.
• We will process shipment and let you know they are on their way!

This wedding invitation is a matching item to the Signature Collection, Noir wedding stationery but can be bought separately.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Imagine the anticipation of untying the luxury satin bow and the first thing your guests will see is their names personalised to the front of the folder and a monogram with your initials. The folder is printed on a luxurious textured white card with your wedding date printed below their names.

The invitation sits to the inside pocket of the folder mounted on a black card with your guests' names personalised again and your monogram to the top of the card.

They will then find a pocket containing a gifts card, an information card and an RSVP card. The information card is printed to one side with a capitalized font for the title. The gifts card is printed to one side for you to add a poem or a link to a gifts website, your monogram is placed at the bottom of the card. The RSVP card is designed as a postcard reply and has space for your guests to write their names, tick boxes for their response, dietary requirements, coach transport or a song to dance to if needed.

The folder is tied with a 10mm black and white stripe ribbon into a beautiful bow with nothing left for you to do apart from post your invitations to your guests.

These invitations come complete with white envelopes.

MEASUREMENTS

The folder is 150mm x 150mm when folded.

The invitation is 130mm x 130mm with a black backing of 140mm x 140mm.

The information card is 145mm x 130mm.

The RSVP is 120mm x 130mm.

The gifts card is 100mm x 130mm.

CARD TYPES

The folder is printed on to a 300gsm textured white card.

The invitation is printed on to a textured white 300gsm and then mounted on to a 300gsm black card.

The information card, gifts card and RSVP card are printed on to a 300gsm textured white card.

The ribbon is a 10mm black and white stripe ribbon.

ENVELOPES

All our wedding invitations are supplied with high quality, 165mm x 165mm diamond white, gummed greeting envelopes.

DELIVERY TIMES

Once you have approved the final proof, we will get our nimble fingers working and make your order by hand, pack it up carefully and and post it on its way.  To make sure everything is perfect, the process can take around 2 weeks.  You will receive a notification by email that your order is on its way!

INCLUDED WITH THIS PRODUCT:

This invite comes complete, personalised to you and your guests.  They are tied with a beautiful bow and ready to be placed in the provided envelopes.

The front of the folder is personalised with your guests' names and a personalised monogram with the first letter of your name and the first letter of your partners name. Your wedding date is also printed to the front of the folder.

The invitation is glued to the inside of the pocket which is mounted on a black heavyweight card.  It is also personalised with your guests' names and your monogram.

The information card is printed to one side. Please email us if you would need to have the information card double sided and we will respond back to you with the cost and forms to fill out.

The RSVP card is cleverly made as a postcard for your guests to return back to you with your address to the reverse. The card has room for both dietary requirements or coach transport.

The gift card is printed single sided on to a white textured card with your monogram to the bottom.

The invitation comes bowed with a stunning 10mm black and white stripe ribbon.

PERSONALISATION AND PROOFING

On receipt of your order confirmation, we will send you a document to fill out with the final copy of your wedding day information.  It is a very comprehensive tried and tested document, with all the information you need to consider to go into the invitation.  Some may be relevant, some not, but we are more than happy to help if you need it. We will then need you to email this back to us. 

As this invitation is bespoke to your guests also, we will need you to provide up with a list of guests' names as you would like them written.  On this invitation we recommend that you have Mr and Mrs Surname to the front pocket and inside their first names.  This will be explained with the accompanying email after purchase.

Please note any delays at this stage will have a knock-on effect to the completion date.

We will then set up a proof for you with your details.  If we feel that you have too much information to fit onto the inner cards, we might request you condense it in some areas as there is a limited amount of space.

After you receive your first proof, you may want to make changes.  You will need to email those changes back to us, please be thorough at this point.  Your final proof with any amendments will be sent to approve to print.  Please note any changes after this point, which are not our error will be charged for. 

Only after the final proof has been signed off will the delivery times count.
