THE PROCESS:

• Enter your personalisation, if requested, before adding to cart. (Don't worry if some products do not ask for your details at this point, more extensive customisation requires forms to be emailed to you after your order has been paid for and processed.)
• Add your order to the cart and proceed to checkout. Pay using one of the various methods offered.  You can create an account at this point or check out as a guest.
• We receive your order - Thank you!  After checking the items you've ordered we will email you the relevant, easy to use forms. We need you to fill these out so we can get the correct information from you.  If items are ordered at the weekend we will send the forms on the following Monday.
• You will email back the completed forms to us.  Please make sure all details, spelling and grammar is correct.  Delays at this stage have a knock on effect to the delivery timescales.
• Lucy will use the information from the forms to create your stationery.  
• She will email you back a proof to check and make sure everything is correct.
• You will either confirm you’re happy to print or let her know any amendments.
• Once proofing and been confirmed as correct we will go to print.
• We will finish your item(s) depending on the order.
• We will process shipment and let you know they are on their way!

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Our popular Bramble & Wild wedding invitation from the Adored range entwines rustic charm with nature.  Woodland animals, berries and branches adorn the front and continue the theme throughout the invitation. This invitation is perfect for any outdoor wedding or rustic barn style wedding.

The front of the folder will be personalised with your names on the top flap and your individual guests' names on the pocket.

The invitation is printed to the inside of the folder with your wedding details and also personalised to your guests' names, a double sided RSVP postcard and separate double sided information card inserted to the internal pocket.

Each one is lovingly hand tied with twine and a kraft "with love" tag.

To the reverse of the folder is a pretty monogram wreath with your initials.

The invitation comes with white envelopes.

MEASUREMENTS

Folder and finished size of invitation is A5 148mm x 210mm.

The information card is 200mm x 130mm.

The RSVP card is 170mm x 130mm.

The with love tag is 75mm x 45mm.

CARD TYPES

The folder with invitation to the inside, information card and RSVP card are all printed on to a smooth white textured Conqueror 300gsm. The with love tag is printed on Ecocraft recycled 280gsm.

ENVELOPES

All our wedding invitations are supplied with high quality, C5 diamond white, gummed greeting envelopes. 

DELIVERY TIMES

Once you have approved the final proof, we will get our nimble fingers working and make your order by hand, pack it up carefully and post it on its way.  To make sure everything is perfect, the process can take around 2 weeks.  You will receive a notification by email that your order is on its way!

INCLUDED WITH THIS PRODUCT

The invitation, folder and cards are printed on to white textured 300gsm card.

These invitations come as a folder style with your invitation details printed on to the inside as you open the folder up. There is a pocket which contains the information card and RSVP card. To the front of the folder are your guests' names which are personalised to each invitation, we will need these supplying to us as a list.

The information card is printed to both sides and allows for plenty of details for your guests.

The RSVP card is a postcard, with your address to the reverse, which your guests can return back to you.

The folder comes tied with brown twine and has a tag to the front which reads 'with love'

PERSONALISATION AND PROOFING

On receipt of your order confirmation, we will send you a document to fill out with the final copy of your wedding day information.  It is a very comprehensive tried and tested document, with all the information you need to consider to go into the invitation.  Some may be relevant, some not, but we are more than happy to help if you need it. We will then need you to email this back to us. 

As this invitation is bespoke to your guests also, we will need you to provide us with a list of guests' names as you would like them written.  You can choose how you would like these written ie: Mr and Mrs Smith or Daisy and Patrick.

Please note any delays at this stage will have a knock-on effect to the completion date.

We will then set up a proof for you with your details.  If we feel that you have too much information to fit onto the inner cards, we might request you condense it in some areas as there is a limited amount of space.

After you receive your first proof, you may want to make changes.  You will need to email those changes back to us, please be thorough at this point.  Your final proof with any amendments will be sent to approve to print.  Please note any changes after this point, which are not our error will be charged for. 

Only after the final proof has been signed off will the delivery times count.
