Affinity - Wisteria

This invitation suite includes four coordinating sections, each professionally printed on luxury white textured card and tied together with a soft ribbon for a polished, elegant finish. A flowing script font adds a personal touch with your names and guest details beautifully presented.

THE PROCESS:

• Enter your personalisation, if requested, before adding to cart. (Don't worry if some products do not ask for your details at this point, more extensive customisation requires forms to be emailed to you after your order has been paid for and processed.)
• Add your order to the cart and proceed to checkout. Pay using one of the various methods offered.  You can create an account at this point or check out as a guest.
• We receive your order - Thank you!  After checking the items you've ordered we will email you the relevant, easy to use forms. We need you to fill these out so we can get the correct information from you.  If items are ordered at the weekend we will send the forms on the following Monday.
• You will email back the completed forms to us.  Please make sure all details, spelling and grammar is correct.  Delays at this stage have a knock on effect to the delivery timescales.
• Lucy will use the information from the forms to create your stationery.  
• She will email you back a proof to check and make sure everything is correct.
• You will either confirm you’re happy to print or let her know any amendments.
• Once proofing and been confirmed as correct we will go to print.
• We will finish your item(s) depending on the order.
• We will process shipment and let you know they are on their way!

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The inspiration for this invitation is taken from the gorgeous wisteria wall at Thicket Priory.

Our Wisteria wedding invitation from the Affinity collection with beautiful wisteria pendants in purple and blue mixed with green vines flowing across the top of the card. The perfect invitation for a country house or outdoor wedding.

The front card contains your names and wedding date and is printed to one side.

The invitation is printed with your names, venue detail and date. This sheet is also personalised with each of your guests' names and printed to one side.

The RSVP is designed as a postcard with your guests acceptance or decline, dietary requirements and song choice. To the reverse is your address and room for a stamp.

The information card is printed to both sides with plenty of room to put everything your guests' need to know.

Each one has 2 holes and white ribbon which is tied in a bow to the front.

MEASUREMENTS

Finished size of invitation is 14cm x 21cm.

The front card is 140mm x 140mm.

The Invitation card is 160mm x 140mm.

The RSVP card is 180mm x 140mm.

The Information card is 210mm x 140mm.

CARD TYPES

All parts of the invitation are printed on to a Conqueror textured white 300gsm card.

ENVELOPES 

All our wedding invitations are supplied with high quality, C5 diamond white, gummed greeting envelopes. 

DELIVERY TIMES

Once you have approved the final proof, we will get our nimble fingers working and make your order by hand, pack it up carefully and post it on its way.  To make sure everything is perfect, the process can take around 2 weeks.  You will receive a notification by email that your order is on its way!

INCLUDED WITH THIS PRODUCT

All parts of the invitation are printed on to a smooth white 300gsm card.

The front sheet is single sided with your names and wedding date.

The invitation card is printed to one side with your wedding date and time.

The RSVP card is a postcard, with your address to the reverse, which your guests can return back to you.

The information card is printed to both sides and has plenty of room for details.

The invitation comes tied in a bow with a white ribbon.

PERSONALISATION AND PROOFING

On receipt of your order confirmation, we will send you a document to fill out with the final copy of your wedding day information.  It is a very comprehensive tried and tested document, with all the information you need to consider to go into the invitation.  Some may be relevant, some not, but we are more than happy to help if you need it. We will then need you to email this back to us.

As this invitation is bespoke to your guests also, we will need you to provide up with a list of guests’ names as you would like them written. This will be explained with the accompanying email after purchase.

Please note any delays at this stage will have a knock-on effect to the completion date.

We will then set up a proof for you with your details.  If we feel that you have too much information to fit onto the inner cards, we might request you condense it in some areas as there is a limited amount of space.

After you receive your first proof, you may want to make changes.  You will need to email those changes back to us, please be thorough at this point.  Your final proof with any amendments will be sent to approve to print.  Please note any changes after this point, which are not our error will be charged for.

Only after the final proof has been signed off will the delivery times count.
