Seasons - Rustic, Tipi

THE PROCESS:

• Enter your personalisation, if requested, before adding to cart. (Don't worry if some products do not ask for your details at this point, more extensive customisation requires forms to be emailed to you after your order has been paid for and processed.)
• Add your order to the cart and proceed to checkout. Pay using one of the various methods offered.  You can create an account at this point or check out as a guest.
• We receive your order - Thank you!  After checking the items you've ordered we will email you the relevant, easy to use forms. We need you to fill these out so we can get the correct information from you.  If items are ordered at the weekend we will send the forms on the following Monday.
• You will email back the completed forms to us.  Please make sure all details, spelling and grammar is correct.  Delays at this stage have a knock on effect to the delivery timescales.
• Lucy will use the information from the forms to create your stationery.  
• She will email you back a proof to check and make sure everything is correct.
• You will either confirm you’re happy to print or let her know any amendments.
• Once proofing and been confirmed as correct we will go to print.
• We will finish your item(s) depending on the order.
• We will process shipment and let you know they are on their way!

This wedding invitation is a matching item to the Seasons, Rustic Tipi collection, but can be bought separately.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

If you would like to write your guests' names on these invitations we will send the strips of twine for you to tie the invitations.

The Seasons Rustic Tipi invitation is printed with sketched illustrations of teepee's, signs and trees.

The set comes complete with an invitation, information card and RSVP card all carefully tied with a jute twine into a neat bundle.

All 3 cards are printed to both sides to give you plenty of room for information.

The front of the invitation has your wedding invitation details with sketches of trees, teepees and signs. The reverse of the invitation has the first letter of yours and your partners names below tipi sketches. 

The information card comes printed to both sides, with plenty of space for you to add any extra details.

The RSVP card comes in a postcard style and has your address to the reverse. There is room for your guests to write their names, a choice for dietary requirements and a song to dance to the reverse or maybe a minibus if you have arranged one.

The invitation comes tied in a bow with jute twine.

MEASUREMENTS

The invitation is 145mm x 145mm

The RSVP card is 135mm x 135mm.

The information card is 125mm x 125mm.

CARD TYPES

The invitation is printed on Ecocraft Recycled 280gsm card.

The information card is printed on smooth cream 300gsm card.

The RSVP is printed on to Rosebud 300gsm card.

The jute twine is 3mm.

ENVELOPES

All our wedding invitations are supplied with high quality, 155mm x 155mm diamond white, gummed greeting envelopes. 

DELIVERY TIMES

Once you have approved the final proof, we will get our nimble fingers working and make your order by hand, pack it up carefully and and post it on its way.  To make sure everything is perfect, the process can take around 2 weeks.  You will receive a notification by email that your order is on its way!

INCLUDED WITH THIS PRODUCT:

This invitation comes has sketches of a woodland scene with teepee's, festoon lights and your names in a script font to the front and your wedding details. To the reverse there is a tipi sketch and a monogram with the first letter of your name and the first letter of your partners name.

The information card has a festoon light detail and is printed both sides for you to add information for your guests.

The RSVP card comes in a postcard style with your address to the reverse. There is room for your guests to write their names, a choice for dietary requirements and a song to dance to the reverse or maybe a minibus if you have arranged one.

The invitation comes bowed with a 3mm jute twine.

These invitations come supplied with white 155mm x 155mm envelopes.

PERSONALISATION AND PROOFING

On receipt of your order confirmation, we will send you a document to fill out with the final copy of your wedding day information.  It is a very comprehensive tried and tested document, with all the information you need to consider to go into the invitation.  Some may be relevant, some not, but we are more than happy to help if you need it. We will then need you to email this back to us. 

Please note any delays at this stage will have a knock-on effect to the completion date.

We will then set up a proof for you with your details.  If we feel that you have too much information to fit onto the inner cards, we might request you condense it in some areas as there is a limited amount of space.

After you receive your first proof, you may want to make changes.  You will need to email those changes back to us, please be thorough at this point.  Your final proof with any amendments will be sent to approve to print.  Please note any changes after this point, which are not our error will be charged for. 

Only after the final proof has been signed off will the delivery times count.
