THE PROCESS:

• Enter your personalisation, if requested, before adding to cart. (Don't worry if some products do not ask for your details at this point, more extensive customisation requires forms to be emailed to you after your order has been paid for and processed.)
• Add your order to the cart and proceed to checkout. Pay using one of the various methods offered.  You can create an account at this point or check out as a guest.
• We receive your order - Thank you!  After checking the items you've ordered we will email you the relevant, easy to use forms. We need you to fill these out so we can get the correct information from you.  If items are ordered at the weekend we will send the forms on the following Monday.
• You will email back the completed forms to us.  Please make sure all details, spelling and grammar is correct.  Delays at this stage have a knock on effect to the delivery timescales.
• Lucy will use the information from the forms to create your stationery.  
• She will email you back a proof to check and make sure everything is correct.
• You will either confirm you’re happy to print or let her know any amendments.
• Once proofing and been confirmed as correct we will go to print.
• We will finish your item(s) depending on the order.
• We will process shipment and let you know they are on their way!

This invitation is a matching item to the Whisper, Boho Greens but can be bought separately.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

These invitations could either be for your day guests or to match the Boho Greens day invitations for your evening guests. From our Boho Greens collection this simple yet stunning invitation has a main invitation printed on to a heavy weight vellum, along with a personalised monogram to the front and your initials in a bold font. A gold rivet attaches the cards together. A double sided invitation with your wedding information sits behind the vellum printed on to a smooth heavy weight diamond white card. The RSVP card is a postcard style printed on both sides with your address to the reverse. The RSVP card can be easily taken out of the set in order for your guests to send the response card back. These invitations come with white envelopes.

The initials on your monogram are created with the letters in the photograph shown above. The letters can not be changed in colour or style.

MEASUREMENTS

The invitation is A5, 148mm x 210mm, the information card is A5, 148mm x 210mm and the RSVP is 195mm x 148mm.

CARD TYPES

The invitation is printed on to vellum 200gsm.

The information card and RSVP are printed on to diamond white 325gsm.

ENVELOPES

All our wedding invitations are supplied with high quality, C5 diamond white, gummed greeting envelopes.

DELIVERY TIMES

Once you have approved the final proof, we will get our nimble fingers working and make your order by hand, pack it up carefully and and post it on its way.  To make sure everything is perfect, the process can take around 2 weeks.  You will receive a notification by email that your order is on its way!

INCLUDED WITH THIS PRODUCT

The invitation is printed on to a heavy weight vellum.

The information card and RSVP are printed on to diamond white 325gsm card.

To the front there is a personalised monogram with the first letter of your name and the first letter of your partners name and a botanical leaf design.

The invitation sits behind the vellum with your names and details and a small monogram with your initials. To the reverse of the invitation is room for you to add information for your guests.

The RSVP card is designed in postcard style and has the address on the reverse for your guests to send back to you. To the front we have space for the guests to write their names, acceptance boxes and space for them to add any dietary requirements. 

The invitation is finished with a gold rivet.

This invitation comes with white envelopes.

PERSONALISATION AND PROOFING

On receipt of your order confirmation, we will send you a document to fill out with the final copy of your wedding day information.  It is a very comprehensive tried and tested document, with all the information you need to consider to go into the invitation.  Some may be relevant to your wedding day, some not (you might not need a menu or gift list), but we are more than happy to help if you need it. We will then need you to email this back to us. 

Please also let us know the 2 letters for your monogram in the order you would like them to appear.

Please note any delays at this stage will have a knock-on effect to the completion date.

We will then set up a proof for you with your details.  If we feel that you have too much information to fit on the invite, we might request you condense it in some areas, there is a limited amount of space for each section. 

After you receive your first proof, you may want to make changes.  You will need to email those changes back to us, please be thorough at this point.  Your final proof with any amendments will be sent to approve to print.  Please note any changes after this point, which are not our error will be charged for.
