Passport - Sage Green

THE PROCESS:

• Enter your personalisation, if requested, before adding to cart. (Don't worry if some products do not ask for your details at this point, more extensive customisation requires forms to be emailed to you after your order has been paid for and processed.)
• Add your order to the cart and proceed to checkout. Pay using one of the various methods offered.  You can create an account at this point or check out as a guest.
• We receive your order - Thank you!  After checking the items you've ordered we will email you the relevant, easy to use forms. We need you to fill these out so we can get the correct information from you.  If items are ordered at the weekend we will send the forms on the following Monday.
• You will email back the completed forms to us.  Please make sure all details, spelling and grammar is correct.  Delays at this stage have a knock on effect to the delivery timescales.
• Lucy will use the information from the forms to create your stationery.  
• She will email you back a proof to check and make sure everything is correct.
• You will either confirm you’re happy to print or let her know any amendments.
• Once proofing and been confirmed as correct we will go to print.
• We will finish your item(s) depending on the order.
• We will process shipment and let you know they are on their way!

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Our Sage Green Passport invitation from the Destination range comes complete with an RSVP boarding pass.  

The passport neatly holds all the information a guest could need for a destination wedding.

The invitation is designed to mimic a passport, with your names and date of wedding to the front along with the first letters of your names inside the sage passport crest.

Inside you can choose to have a photograph of you and your partner (or something else if you wish) along your wedding invitation details. On the next page there is room for you to add the information, that your guests will need for this special occasion. To the back you could opt for an order of the day so that your guests know what to expect.

The RSVP boarding pass sits neatly inside the passport and has room for your guests to write their names, acceptance or decline and dietary requirements. To the reverse is your address for postage return.

As these invitations are so individual, please feel free to message us with your requirements as we are able to accommodate changes.

MEASUREMENTS

The size of the passport is A6 148mm x 105mm when folded.

The RSVP, boarding pass card is 210mm x 99mm. 

CARD TYPES

The passport is printed on to a pearl white 300gsm.

The boarding pass is printed on to diamond white 325gsm.

ENVELOPES

The size of the passport is A6 148mm x 105mm when folded.

All our wedding invitations are supplied with high quality, DL diamond white, gummed greeting envelopes. 

DELIVERY TIMES

Once you have approved the final proof, we will get our nimble fingers working and make your order by hand, pack it up carefully and post it on its way.  To make sure everything is perfect, the process can take around 2 weeks.  You will receive a notification by email that your order is on its way! 

INCLUDED WITH THIS PRODUCT

These invitations come as a fully finished invitation set. The passport is printed on to a pearl white card and the boarding pass on to heavy weight smooth white card.

The Passport comes completely personalised to your information including your photograph. There are invitation details, information and order of service details.

The RSVP boarding pass card is a postcard, with your address to the reverse, which your guests can return back to you and has room for dietary requirements and an rsvp response date.

These invitations come complete with white envelopes.

PERSONALISATION AND PROOFING

On receipt of your order confirmation, we will send you a document to fill out with the final copy of your wedding day information.  It is a very comprehensive tried and tested document, with all the information you need to consider to go into the invitation.  Some may be relevant, some not, but we are more than happy to help if you need it. We will then need you to email this back to us. 

Please note any delays at this stage will have a knock-on effect to the completion date.

We will then set up a proof for you with your details.  If we feel that you have too much information to fit onto the inner cards, we might request you condense it in some areas as there is a limited amount of space.

After you receive your first proof, you may want to make changes.  You will need to email those changes back to us, please be thorough at this point.  Your final proof with any amendments will be sent to approve to print.  Please note any changes after this point, which are not our error will be charged for. 

Only after the final proof has been signed off will the delivery times count.
