THE PROCESS:

• Enter your personalisation, if requested, before adding to cart. (Don't worry if some products do not ask for your details at this point, more extensive customisation requires forms to be emailed to you after your order has been paid for and processed.)
• Add your order to the cart and proceed to checkout. Pay using one of the various methods offered.  You can create an account at this point or check out as a guest.
• We receive your order - Thank you!  After checking the items you've ordered we will email you the relevant, easy to use forms. We need you to fill these out so we can get the correct information from you.  If items are ordered at the weekend we will send the forms on the following Monday.
• You will email back the completed forms to us.  Please make sure all details, spelling and grammar is correct.  Delays at this stage have a knock on effect to the delivery timescales.
• Lucy will use the information from the forms to create your stationery.  
• She will email you back a proof to check and make sure everything is correct.
• You will either confirm you’re happy to print or let her know any amendments.
• Once proofing and been confirmed as correct we will go to print.
• We will finish your item(s) depending on the order.
• We will process shipment and let you know they are on their way!

This wedding invitation is a matching item to the Timeless collection, but can be bought separately.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Our popular Mulberry Blooms wedding invitation from the Timeless collection has a beautiful bouquet of floral pinks / purples with leaves and vines.  With bright pastel pink peonies and roses and lush green coloured leaves to the front and the inside of the cards.  Perfect for an outdoor, garden or rustic barn style wedding.

The front of the invitation has your names in a delicate script font and room for you to write your guests' names.

The first inside page of the wedding invitation has space to add information for your guests. This can include a gifts list.

The back page of the invitation has a perforation so that your guests can tear this off and send it back. The RSVP details can include a date for the rsvp to be sent back by, the guests' names, accept or decline and either dietary requirements or a song to dance to. The card has your address to the reverse so that your guests can post this back to you.

These invitations come with white envelopes.

Folder and finished size of invitation is 150mm x 150mm when folded.

CARD TYPES

The invitation is printed on to a diamond white 300gsm.

ENVELOPES

All our wedding invitations are supplied with high quality, 155mm x 155mm diamond white, gummed greeting envelopes.

DELIVERY TIMES

Once you have approved the final proof, we will get our nimble fingers working and make your order by hand, pack it up carefully and post it on its way.  To make sure everything is perfect, the process can take around 2 weeks.  You will receive a notification by email that your order is on its way!

INCLUDED WITH THIS PRODUCT

The invitation is printed on to a 300gsm smooth diamond white card.

These invitations come as a folded card (with a central score to prevent cracking along the spine) There is a perforation across the card so that your guests can tear off the rsvp and send it back.

The front has your invitation details and blush pink for a natural, contemporary look and room for you to write your guests' names. The inside has your information about the day to the first page and RSVP information to the next card, with a tear off section for your guests to send back. The RSVP is a postcard style with your address to the reverse.

These wedding invitations are tied with a pink and white twine with a bow.

This invitation comes with white envelopes.

PERSONALISATION AND PROOFING

On receipt of your order confirmation, we will send you a document to fill out with the final copy of your wedding day information.  It is a very comprehensive tried and tested document, with all the information you need to consider to go into the invitation.  Some may be relevant, some not, but we are more than happy to help if you need it. We will then need you to email this back to us. 

Please note any delays at this stage will have a knock-on effect to the completion date.

We will then set up a proof for you with your details.  If we feel that you have too much information to fit onto the inner cards, we might request you condense it in some areas as there is a limited amount of space.

After you receive your first proof, you may want to make changes.  You will need to email those changes back to us, please be thorough at this point.  Your final proof with any amendments will be sent to approve to print.  Please note any changes after this point, which are not our error will be charged for. 

Only after the final proof has been signed off will the delivery times count.
