PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

A matching wedding breakfast menu from the Intertwine Rustic collection.

With Festoon lights and a green gradient background the black print on this vellum stands out beautifully. 

The Ecocraft rustic recycled card sits behind the menu with a green and white baker twine in a bow to the top.

The personalised menu includes each of your guests' names to the top of the menus.

MEASUREMENTS

The menu is 128.5mm x 200mm.

The backing card is A5 (148mm x 210mm).  

CARD TYPES

The menu is printed on to a vellum 200gsm (heavy weight)

The backing card is Ecocraft rustic recycled 300gsm.

Please note that the Ecocraft card is a recycled stock and colour variations between batches are common.

DELIVERY TIMES

Once you have approved the final proof, we will get our nimble fingers working and make your order by hand, pack it up carefully and and post it on its way.  To make sure everything is perfect, the process can take around 2 weeks.  You will receive a notification by email that your order is on its way!

INCLUDED WITH THIS PRODUCT

Personalised menu, single sided and printed in black and green on to a vellum. A recycled card sits underneath the vellum and is tied with a white and green baker twine through a drilled hole centralised at the top. 

The menu choices are centralised on to the card with a script font for the wording menu.

PERSONALISATION AND PROOFING

On receipt of your order confirmation, we will send you a document to fill out with your menu details and a separate file for your guests' names. 

For the guests' names we kindly request you make sure you return after each name and have capitals where required.

Choose to have first names or first and surnames (this will reduce font size) i.e:

Please make sure you order the correct amount, dependent on the number of guests.  We can also supply some without names if you need blanks.  

Please make sure that you type out the wording for the menu as you would like it to appear on the card.  All spelling and punctuation (especially capital letters) must be correct - we use the wording you have typed to avoid errors.  Please be mindful that there is limited space.  We might need to condense your menu if it won't fit into the design space. 

You can send your wording in Word, Excel or in the body of the email.

Once we have received your order, we will set up a digital proof and email this to you within 1-2 working days. You will be required to check this very carefully and let us know of any changes or if you would like to proceed to print.  Any changes required, not in our error, will occur an additional amendment charge.

If additional changes are required, a final proof will be emailed back to you to check and approve. Otherwise your order will be put in the print run queue and we will notify you of a delivery date. 

Please note any delay in returning this wording to us will have a knock-on effect to your delivery date. 

Once received we will promptly set up a digital proof of each card, which will be sent to approve prior to printing. 

Any additional proofs due to changes not in our error will incur an amendment fee. 

Once the proof has been approved to print your order will be put into the print queue and we will instruct you with an estimated delivery date.
