THE PROCESS:

• Enter your personalisation, if requested, before adding to cart. (Don't worry if some products do not ask for your details at this point, more extensive customisation requires forms to be emailed to you after your order has been paid for and processed.)
• Add your order to the cart and proceed to checkout. Pay using one of the various methods offered.  You can create an account at this point or check out as a guest.
• We receive your order - Thank you!  After checking the items you've ordered we will email you the relevant, easy to use forms. We need you to fill these out so we can get the correct information from you.  If items are ordered at the weekend we will send the forms on the following Monday.
• You will email back the completed forms to us.  Please make sure all details, spelling and grammar is correct.  Delays at this stage have a knock on effect to the delivery timescales.
• Lucy will use the information from the forms to create your stationery.  
• She will email you back a proof to check and make sure everything is correct.
• You will either confirm you’re happy to print or let her know any amendments.
• Once proofing and been confirmed as correct we will go to print.
• We will finish your item(s) depending on the order.
• We will process shipment and let you know they are on their way!

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Our Rustic wedding invitation from the Intertwine range entwines rustic charm with nature.  

The pocket folder neatly holds all the information a guest could need, tied and bowed with a sage and white striped twine, along with a ‘with love’ tag to sit on the front. The Pocket is printed on a recycled, rustic Ecocraft card and printed to the front of the pocket with your names, a personalised monogram and your wedding date.

The inserts sit neatly inside a pocket. The invitation is printed on to a heavy weight vellum and has a cascade of sage green tints across the bottom, festoon lights across the top and a personalised monogram with your initials inside a rustic sign post. The information card is printed both sides and has festoon lights to the front and green tints to the reverse with your personalised monogram sign. The RSVP card is printed both sides in a postcard style with festoon lights, green tints and room for dietary requirements and song choices or any questions you may like to ask your guests.

Each one is lovingly hand tied with sage and white twine and a kraft with love tag.

MEASUREMENTS

The finished size of the folder is A5 148mm x 210mm.

The invitation is 200mm x 125mm. 

The information card is 150mm x 125mm.

The RSVP card is 125mm x 125mm.

The with love tag is 75mm x 50mm.

CARD TYPES

The folder is printed on to Ecocraft 300gsm.

The Invitation is printed on to heavy weight vellum 200gsm.

The information card and RSVP card are printed on white smooth 300gsm.

The with love tag is printed on Ecocraft recycled 280gsm.

Our Ecocraft card is a recycled stock so the colour changes between orders.

ENVELOPES

All our wedding invitations are supplied with high quality, C5 diamond white, gummed greeting envelopes. 

DELIVERY TIMES

Once you have approved the final proof, we will get our nimble fingers working and make your order by hand, pack it up carefully and post it on its way.  To make sure everything is perfect, the process can take around 2 weeks.  You will receive a notification by email that your order is on its way!

INCLUDED WITH THIS PRODUCT

These invitations come as a folder style. To the front of the folder are your names, the wedding date and a personalised monogram with the first letter of your name and the first letter of your partners name.

The invitation sits neatly inside the kraft pocket and is printed on a heavy weight vellum. There are festoon lights and your monogram. There are green tints flowing up and your names in a beautiful script font.

Both the information card and RSVP are printed on a luxurious white card.

The information card is printed to both sides and allows for plenty of details for your guests, along with your monogram and green tints fading to white to the reverse.

The RSVP card is a postcard, with your address to the reverse, which your guests can return back to you and has room for dietary requirements and a song to dance to or your choice of questions.

The folder comes tied with sage and white twine and has a tag to the front which reads "with love".

PERSONALISATION AND PROOFING

On receipt of your order confirmation, we will send you a document to fill out with the final copy of your wedding day information.  It is a very comprehensive tried and tested document, with all the information you need to consider to go into the invitation.  Some may be relevant, some not, but we are more than happy to help if you need it. We will then need you to email this back to us. 

Please note any delays at this stage will have a knock-on effect to the completion date.

We will then set up a proof for you with your details.  If we feel that you have too much information to fit onto the inner cards, we might request you condense it in some areas as there is a limited amount of space.

After you receive your first proof, you may want to make changes.  You will need to email those changes back to us, please be thorough at this point.  Your final proof with any amendments will be sent to approve to print.  Please note any changes after this point, which are not our error will be charged for. 

Only after the final proof has been signed off will the delivery times count.
